Equipment

  • 1 microwave or bake in ramekin in oven

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter drippy texture works best
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or sugar-free syrup
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice almond, oat, or coconut
  • 1 scoop Snickers protein powder You could also use chocolate, vanilla, or a chocolate caramel flavored powder
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Handful of chopped peanuts

Optional toppings:

  • Melted 70% or higher dark chocolate, or chocolate of your choice 2 squares + ¼ tsp coconut oil
  • Additional sea salt & chopped peanuts

Optional caramel swirl:

  • ½ tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or mug, whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup, and milk until smooth.
  • Stir in Snickers protein powder(or vanilla or chocolate), almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until a thick, smooth batter forms.

  • Fold in chopped peanuts and swirl your quick caramel drizzle on top (optional).

  • Microwave for 40–60 seconds, until the top looks set but still slightly gooey in the center. Let cool 1–2 minutes before enjoying.
