Mango Passionfruit Mocktail (Easy Tropical Margarita Mocktail for 2)

This easy Mango Passionfruit Mocktail is sweet, tangy, and refreshing with mango passion fruit juice, fresh lime, juicy passion fruit pulp, and a Tajín rim. This tropical mocktail recipe makes 2 drinks and includes a pitcher variation perfect for summer entertaining.

Ingredients

  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 cup mango passion fruit juice
  • 1 passion fruit pulp divided between 2 glasses
  • Ice
  • Tajín for rimming the glasses
  • Mango spears for garnish
  • Optional: 2–4 oz non-alcoholic tequila divided between both drinks

Instructions

Step 1: Rim the glasses

  • Pour enough Tajín to dip the top of the glass into onto a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the outside rim of 2 glasses, then dip into Tajín to coat. Divide the passion fruit pulp evenly between the two glasses.

Step 2: Shake the mocktail

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the juice from 1 lime (about 2 tbsp), and 1 cup mango passion fruit juice. If using non-alcoholic tequila, add it here as well. Shake until chilled.

Step 3: Pour and garnish

  • Divide the shaken mixture evenly between both prepared glasses. Garnish with mango spears and serve immediately.

Notes

Pitcher Mango Passionfruit Mocktail (Serves 6)

This will make about 6 mocktails (roughly 1 cup each).
Ingredients
  • Juice from 3 limes
  • 3 cups mango passion fruit juice
  • 3 passion fruits, pulp divided into the pitcher (or spoon into glasses individually for a prettier presentation)
  • Ice, for serving
  • Tajín, for rimming glasses
  • Mango spears, for garnish
  • Optional: 6–12 oz non-alcoholic tequila (depending on how strong you want the flavor)
Instructions
  1. Run a lime wedge around the rims of 6 glasses, then dip into Tajín to coat. Fill each glass with ice. (Optional: Spoon a little passion fruit pulp into each glass instead of adding it to the pitcher if you want that prettier layered look.)
  2. In a large pitcher, combine:
    • Juice from 3 limes
    • 3 cups mango passion fruit juice
    • Pulp from 3 passion fruits, if not adding it to the individual glasses
    • If using non-alcoholic tequila, stir it in here.
  3. Pour the mocktail over ice into prepared glasses.
  4. Garnish with mango spears and serve immediately.
Pitcher Tips
  • Make ahead: Mix everything except ice up to 24 hours ahead
  • For a fizzy version: Add 1–2 cups sparkling water right before serving
  • For prettier presentation: Put passion fruit pulp directly in each glass instead of the pitcher.
