Notes

Make it a Pitcher (Serves 4–6)

Ingredients

    • 40–50 fresh mint leaves
    • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
    • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 6-8 limes)
    • 2–3 limes, sliced
    • 1.5–2 liters plain or lime sparkling water
    • Ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add the mint leaves, honey, and lime slices to a large pitcher.
  2. Gently muddle everything together until the mint becomes fragrant and the limes release their juice.
  3. Pour in the fresh lime juice and stir well.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve if making ahead.
  5. Right before serving, add plenty of ice and pour in the sparkling water. Stir gently so the fizz stays bubbly.
  6. Garnish with extra mint and lime slices if desired.
If you’re serving this at a party, keep the sparkling water separate until the last minute so it stays fizzy and fresh tasting.
