  • Pour and Bake: Pour the toffee mixture evenly over the saltine crackers. Spread it out with a spatula to ensure all the crackers are covered. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until the toffee is bubbly.

Notes

To keep your Christmas Crack toffee crisp and easy to cut, let the butter and sugar mixture boil for the full 3–5 minutes until it’s bubbling and slightly thickened. Also, spreading the chocolate while the toffee is still warm but not piping hot helps it melt evenly without seizing. For cleaner pieces, chill the toffee in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before breaking it into squares.
Storage & Freezing Tips

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving for best texture.
