About Trish
Hey, I’m Trish — a professional baker, cake decorator, recipe developer, and mom of two boys. With over 10 years of experience creating desserts from scratch, I’m passionate about making treats that taste amazing while using wholesome, everyday ingredients.
As a busy mom, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find snacks and desserts that everyone in the family will actually enjoy.
Between school drop-offs, sports practices, and everything else life throws your way, you need recipes that are simple, dependable, and worth making.
That’s exactly why I started The Sprinkled Cakery to make naturally sweetened desserts, protein-packed snacks, and wholesome, easy-to-make treats that fit into busy lives without sacrificing flavor.
My goal is to help you enjoy dessert and snack time without relying on highly processed ingredients or spending hours in the kitchen.
Every recipe on this site is developed, tested, and photographed by me. Before a recipe is published, I make it multiple times to ensure it works consistently, tastes great, and is easy for home bakers to recreate successfully.
And perhaps my toughest taste tester? My youngest son. He’s incredibly picky and never hesitates to tell me when a recipe misses the mark. My oldest son will happily try just about anything, while my husband and I fall somewhere in the middle. If a recipe earns approval from all four of us, I know it’s ready to share.
Whether you’re looking for a healthier dessert, a protein-rich snack, or simply something delicious to make for your family, I hope you’ll find plenty of recipes here that become favorites in your home too.

If you’re ready to start baking, I’ve put together two comprehensive guides to make it easy:
